Ready for Easter!

Nicholas is all ready for Easter!
He's a little bigger than last year, he didn't fit in the basket!

Petting Zoo

Here are some pictures from the petting zoo yesterday! This is Nick's second petting zoo, and just like the first time, he cried when he first saw the animals. After petting the pony, he did warm up to them. If you look at the last picture though, you can see that Nicholas would much rather pet that little girl on the head than the actual animals!

Opening and Closing Doors Is So Much Fun!!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

It was a beautiful St. Patrick's Day! We celebrated with a lunch date, visiting the animals at Maymont, and playing outside in the backyard.

Our daffodils are blooming! It was a stretch to get some pictures of Nicholas without him plucking all the heads off of them!

When Brian got home they had some bubble time out on the deck.

Almost Spring!!

The weather has been so beautiful this week, in the 60's and 70's, and Nicholas and I have been trying to take advantage of it. He loves being outside, looking at flowers, the fish in the pond, swinging, and playing with his trucks on the deck.
In the picture above, he's checking out these pansies we just planted. He loves to pluck the heads off flowers so you have to watch him! He also decided to play in the dirt. In the picture below, he's actually trying a fistful of dirt........ Immediately following that picture I was scraping dirt off his tongue. He did not seem to be a big fan of the dirt taste, and he didn't go back for more. He's gifted.

Look carefully and you can see his dirt beard, and this was after I wiped him down!

I'm 11 Months Old!!
